Guidelines for Students And Parents  
GUIDELINES FOR THE STUDENTS
 
  1. Students should always carry this Almanac to the school.
  2. No child should leave his/her classroom without the class pass/activity pass.
  3. Lending or borrowing money and other articles are not permitted.
  4. The school will not be responsible for any goods lost. Students are advised not to bring valuables like costly watches and fountain pen etc.
  5. Students should use handmade jute or paper bags instead of polybags.
  6. Permitted vehicles must be kept locked. Riding cycles or motor bike on the school premises is strictly prohibited.
  7. Students who use the School Bus should always observe prescribed safety norms and conduct.
  8. Students should obey House prefects, Class monitors and other students on duty.
  9. Students should attend school in proper uniforms.
  10. Students should not be allowed to leave the school during working hours, unless the authorized person, whose signatures are on the first page of the diary, comes in person to make the request.
  11. Students should carry school identity cards to school every day.
  12. Students should be regular and punctual.
  13. Students should not indulge in disruptive activities. Strict disciplinary action will be taken if any iagary, loss/damage to school property is caused due to such activities.
  14. The school has the right to take severe action against the students who are found guilty of misconduct and their names are liable to be removed from the school rolls.
  15. Students should not carry mobile phones, i-pads or any other electronic gadgets to school.
 
GUIDELINES FOR PARENTS
 
Parents-Teacher co-operation is essential for the complete and harmonious development of the student’s personality. The process of informal education is set in motion at birth and gains momentum in the school, a centre of formal education. To bring out the best in the child, family influences should aid and supplement school’s efforts. Both school and home should help the child inculcate in him/her the desirable behavior patterns, healthy habits, and positive attitudes in person and social life to make him/her a pride of family and an asset to the society.
 
Constant vigilance on the part of the guardians pays rich dividends. Please read the following points in the interest of your ward.
 
  1. The diary should be used as means of communication with the school, by checking the remarks, if any, made by the Teachers.
  2. Please see that your ward has all the textbooks, item of stationery, craft material, dictionary etc.
  3. Please ensure that he/she comes to the school in proper uniform.
  4. Please ensure that your ward reaches school on time.
  5. Absence from the school, even for a day, should be a matter of concern. The guardians should impress upon their wards that they should not miss school unless it is unavoidable.
  6. Please ensure that the child has the timetable at home and that he/she follows it.
  7. Please convey your impressions about the work of your ward at home on the first and fifteenth of every month in the diary by using one of the following remarks:
  • A- Very Satisfactory
  • B- Satisfactory and
  • C- Unsatisfactory
